What to include
Include the skill name and version, Agent or tool, operating system, approximate time, action performed, and a sanitized error message. This helps us reproduce the issue without requesting unnecessary data.
Protect your secrets
Do not send passwords, API keys, payment-card information, one-time codes, private repository tokens, customer data, or unredacted logs. We will ask for a safer diagnostic path when more evidence is required.
Security and urgent issues
Put “Security” in the email subject for a suspected vulnerability or credential exposure. For active account compromise, revoke affected credentials with the provider first; email is not an emergency-response channel.
